Fitness Christmas Treats

Christmas - the season of unhealthy food. Or is it not? ;) 

 

In this blogpost I want to show you some of my personal healthy alternative for delightful Christmas treats. We all want to enjoy delicious things around Christmas time, so I would love to free your guilty consciousness with these fitness recipes! <3

 

Snowball Drink

 

Ingredients:

· 150ml Coconut milk

· 100ml Coconut water
· 100ml Milk 
· 2 tbsp Coconut fakes

· 30g Coconut Protein Powder (Vanilla will do as well) 

· 3cl Baileys (you may leave this out) 

 

Topping:

· Coconut fakes

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into a protein shaker. Shake well for a minute until you get some foam. Pour into pretty glasses and decorate with coconut flakes and maybe some pomegranate seeds if you have :)

Protein Rafaellos

 

Ingredients:

· 250 g Cream cheese

· 3 tbsp Coconut four
· 30 g Protein powder
· 2 tbsp Coconut fakes

· 3 tbsp Erythritol

Filling:

· Hazelnuts

Topping:

· Coconut fakes

Instructions:

In a bowl mix together all ingredients until you get a very stiff mix. You should be able to form little balls with your hands. If that is not yet the case, add a bit of coconut our. Next, take a hazelnut and put a bit of batter around it and form a little ball. Then in a separate little cup roll the balls in coconut fakes and reaaady :) 

Pumpkin Seed Cookies 

 

Ingredients:

· 150 g Whole wheat flour

· 50g Coconut flour 
· 30 g Protein powder
· 100g Coconut oil 

· 100 tbsp Erythritol or Xylit 

· Dash of salt
· Vanilla aroma

 

· 150 g grated pumpkin seeds 

 

 

Topping:

· Dark chocolate 

· 10g Coconut oil

Instructions:

In a bowl mix together all ingredients until you get a very stiff mix. Let dough sit somewhere cold for an hour. Form little moons with the dough and bake at 160 degrees for about 10 to 15 min. Let it cool. In a small bowl mix chocolate with coconut oil and once the cookies are cold dip the ends in the chocolate.
